The first question is not how much. It is whether you want me in the room.
If you can get to me around London, train with me in person. If you cannot, everything except the session itself still works remotely. Same methodology either way, and both start with a session read for free.

Questions people actually ask
Do I need to be fast?
No. The methodology cares about whether the training fits the person, not how quick you already are. Most of the work early on is getting easy runs genuinely easy.
What if I miss a week?
Then the plan changes, which is the entire point. A plan is a hypothesis. Missing a week is information, not a failure.
Do I need a Garmin?
Any watch that syncs to Strava works. If you have heart rate data the read gets sharper, but the coaching does not depend on owning particular kit.
Is this only for runners?
No. Running, Hyrox, strength, body composition and general health all run on the same system. The scoring adapts to the session, so a long run and a Hyrox simulation are judged on completely different things.
